Activity check-in. Monday - worked wine festival. Tuesday - nada. Wednesday - recumbent bike. Thursday - nothing really, was painting furniture. I have been weighing myself, but I am not recording here, until I drop. Currently, I'm up a pound. I'm eating what I want until I am full, so I am sort of watching. Still logging and averaging 1400 cals daily. I am not going to stress over the numbers. Maybe I am being lazy or just tired, but I really want to do this (get healthier) in a way that fits my life and doesn't seem like a burden. There's a reason I gained back the weight I lost and having a hard time losing it this time, again. Extremes are not what I want in my life and while I can't control everything, I can control any extreme situations I create. I will say I'm feeling good. Hope everyone is having good days and looking forward to the weekend. ❤

Just log in your calories so even if they go over, you know where you are for yourself. So maybe the next day you can have a little less if you go away over.🙃

Thank you Shrew. 💕 I usually go by a weekly average for my numbers, just not working them out for every meal right now and letting the macros fall where they may. I guess you can say I'm only keeping one eye on my numbers. 😉

Recognizing our fullness is a great habit. I’m also moving away from weight loss as a measure of my health. Swapping some favorite treats or macros on my plate for a whole food alternative (sweet potato, Greek yogurt, etc) keeps me feeling trim and high energy without even “trying” :)

Kat, that's funny. Ironically, I didn't drink any wine or adult beverages the entire 3 days. At dinner one night, when everyone else was drinking wine, I joked that if I had a glass of wine I would probably pass out facedown in my meal, that's how exhausted I was. 😁
