Focus today is vegetables, protein, limiting carbs, and hydrating. Might lift weights tonight, probably will since the new gym has a class. But I am going to the step class tomorrow. Hmm. Will see how I feel. Breakfast: half serving protein powder, trail mix, almond milk coffee Lunch: ravioli, kale and spinach, turkey broth Dinner: pancakes and eggs with mushrooms, brussel sprout and cabbage slaw. Edited to add that I had none of the planned dinner but had ground beef with stewed tomatoes, leftover ravioli from lunch, and chickpeas. I keep forgetting that my oet birds love chickpeas.
