I have a question and it might be a silly question but does anybody know how to log just one peanut m&m?

Another way would be to weigh your m&m in grams and log it. Select peanut m&ms and change the units from quarter cups to grams and enter the grams you measured. Every m&m will be slight different. Realistically, Sherrye's number is close enough.

FitClick says 1/4 cup of peanut M&Ms equals 18 pieces. So divide the calories for 1/4 cup by 18. Their data says 12.2 calories per piece.

I weigh everything too. if it's not worth weighing then it goes in the NOPE category. I just can't ignore it. there's no more lying to myself. I'm with you. one peanut M&M counts. you're not crazy. haha!! *or we both are, lol 😆 (but yeah, just use grams)

Nope, you're not crazy. I weigh everything also but I do what marialuisa5 suggested on a lot of foods.

I also do the same thing - I find the closest amount and divide that by amount that I used - and I log everything - even if is a !/8 teaspoon - since I am great at adding things - just a bit here and there. Well - you are either serious about it or not.

If the portion size is 20 parts - and you use one part - put in 1/20 or .05

You can also switch the unit of measurement to grams and enter as little as 1g of weight.

Brenda, I think the more prominent question on everybodys mind is, how the heck were you able to limit yourself to just one!!?? I eat those things by the fistfuls! 😂🤣😂🤣

LooseButton, it wasn't that hard for me I really don't like peanuts the only thing I did was just suck the chocolate off then throw the peanut away.lol

If you are still searching - I entered your M&M into the food plan list - it came up under --- "M&M peanut" - one out of 20 pieces in their portion - enter as 1/20 - that worked.
