Good Friday evening FS friends, I have to get my weight on Sunday morning and I'm dreading it I spent the day with my sister I'm not right my food in the morning going to the Christmas parade in my town all three of my grandchildren are in there but I will be tracking my food tomorrow I cannot do this 2 days in a row well have a blessed evening 💕🤗 I posted this earlier and it messed up on me I tried to delete it so I hope I did.

Jergens123, Thank you we had so much fun 2 of my grandchildren or in the band the oldest one she plays clarinet she also can play saxophone and my middle granddaughter plays the flute she's also in band my grandson he was on the float for his school so we had fun watching them and they did a very good job I am so proud of them. And you have a merry Christmas and a happy holiday season also.

The holidays are difficult even if you’re not around family. The “Supposed to”s get you. We’re “supposed to” eat cookies. You’re “supposed to” have another cup of hot cider. It’s the holiday season and you can over-do! Sometimes I’m just sorry for myself because my family isn’t around. And that’s my excuse. Go figure.
