Petra, it was seasoned just right. I tend to avoid soups at restaurants because many times they're too salty, but not this time. 😋 

Kenna, it's been a while since It's easy to make and putting it back on the menu after the holidays. 😋 Pazole is so easy to get in New Mexico, but I might try making my own, that way I could control the level of heat. 👍
