very late breakfast 10:20. Will not have lunch. AM BS @ 10:00 was 122. PM b.s. 2.5 hr pp was 210. I ate a prepared/store frozen entree for supper, more calories and carbs than any other day. That was the last one in the freezer, I was too whipped to cook, and I'm ok with doing this once (a week even, maybe).
