Diario de abbadabba, 10 dic. 14

My friend K and I are dieting together. We have a shopping list that gives us each 1260 calories each. The whole list (for two people for one week or for one person for two weeks) is in my food diary on December 8, 2014, the day after we started our plan. So I shopped this week and dropped off half of the food to her, and she is going to shop next week and drop off half to me. So far so good!

I am keeping my food in a box on the counter, and in one separate part of the fridge so when my daughter comes home from college she will know what not to eat of mine.

It seems like a great plan. No more counting calories. Last night I went out for dinner and then removed some of the food from my containers. I could have just added the extra into my fatsecret diary also.

I also figured out how to print out the list so now we have something to take to the grocery store.
