Diablo and shir- thanks!😊 better than - you can do so many things with them! I recently tried one for the first time and love them! A sweet way to eat them is sweet potato with peanut butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Yum!!!! So filling and curbs that sweet tooth.

Looks delicious. Would never have thought of those combinations, or the peanut butter! I've probably only eaten two sweet potatoes in my life, but they were delicious with honey butter and cinnamon sugar!
