This is Mondays Weigh In I forgot to log 🙃 Hadn't been in the right frame of mind last couple weeks hence the gain. But since Monday I've been back to fighting for the weight i want to be! I had a huge blow out last Sunday (Around 3,000 calories) as was fed up of my weight staying the same or going up, then next day i went back to my usual diet but upped my calories to around 1,500ish and my weight has been going down since 😁 (Before I was having around 1,200 or less) But anyhow I have been super good so hoping for a very good loss this Monday 💪
65,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 43,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
