Was awake at 4am..dressed and went walking in halls..up and down stairs for 20 minutes…get them endorphins up and going..lol..

Listened to thunderstorms last night..thru headphones..helps me get better sleep..less light sleep due to the noise of doors slamming thru the night…10 hour loop…and I sleep so good to…

56 outside this morning..I’m thinking hot nights are over..cooler ones are here..

Same plan today..workouts as usual…or…stop eating..more…

Well…time is slipping away…things to do..
