Happy Sunday! Havent been as dilligent as I need to be and its showing by weight gain. I cannot deviate to much from non processed eating as its to hard to stay on track....

This made me laugh. Reminds me of a gyno appointment a few years ago. The doctor said she was tired because she had an early morning school breakfast function with her daughter. She said, “well, the doughnuts and orange juice were really good, and good for you!!!” 😂🤣 I said, “Oh, can you write me a prescription for that???!” She said, “sure can!” We had a good laugh!:)

Gotta say...cocoa and really dark chocolate (at LEAST 80% for me) actually have some fiber and healthy polyphenols in them. So I eat them strictly for my health.. right? 😉

Diana - a friend of mine turned me on to making fudge with nothing else but fresh Medjool dates and cocoa powder. Just massage it all together like play doh until the cocoa is incorporated. I use half a tablespoon of cocoa per date, and soak the dates in water a few minutes first to soften them up 😋
