Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Got another ride in already…but gonna have to have another nap after lunch..6 hours last night..just wasn’t enough…I was suppose to take the day off..let my body recover…but I rode cause I kno after Friday morning…il be taking time off for sure…so get workout in now..

Enjoyed the sun yesterday again…I’m a people magnet…lol…

39 here this morning..but by 9… it will be getting warm enough for that sunshine again…

Well..it’s 7..things to do..

Good morning and happy Wednesday to you! A ride in already! Wow! Save some energy for that trip and Friday morning. I know you do want to get in as much as you can. That vitamin D will be helpful. I still need to get out there. High 72 today. Will finish my coffee and figure out my day.☕️ First things first, ya know! Not sure where you could go to meditate without attracting all the talkers. Was 55 when I went out to soak it up…..66 now and back in …ready for lunch…
