Slept in this morning…guess I neeeded it…I did workout yesterday morning…it’s a habit…lol… ut took a nap after lunch…was damp with the rain…

Already been moving the resistance bands…just enjoy that morning routine of doing a workout or 2 before breakfast…get the body revived up..before eating…

Gotta weigh in..didn’t weigh in yesterday…ammm….shame on me…I figured it was too much water..as I did drink 24 more oz of water …experimenting….

Well….need to get back into resistance band zone…get more of a workout in..before breakfast…

Have a fantastic positive day…

O by the way…60% of sleep was in deep and rem last night…less trips to p…

I enjoy the endorphin rush I get from doing some kind of a morning workout..my way of thinking about what I want to achieve for the day…

Good morning! Glad you had a nice day yesterday. Sounds like it was very balanced.👍 Rained last night but had the window up all night and temps in the mid 50’s so that was great! It’s nice to sit here with the window open, drinking coffee and watch the leaves fall. I bet your podcast is interesting about cooking oils. I use avocado oil and spray. I really like it. Enjoy your workouts. Don’t forget to rest. Lol Hope you have another nice day!:)
