Well it’s official! Saw the Dr today and I’ve lost enough weight to make him happy! I am scheduled to get a new replacement hip on Dec 30th! I can’t wait! The pain is unbearable! Thanks to all the support I’ve gotten on here! I’ve still got a long way to go, but being able to walk without pain will help immensely!

Bronco, make sure you do any pre-surgery exercises you are assigned. I am recovering from Knee Replacement (5 weeks out) and doing the pre-surgery exercise was some of the best advice I received. Don’t be in a rush when healing. It is major trauma and your body needs time to heal. Wishing you well.
