Happy 😃 happy Tuesday…..

I’m thinking my body has already adapted to the time change..lol…only 535 am..already rocking in movement…just the beginning…of the workouts today…

Colder mornings ahead…guess that’s a sign…winter is coming…set out and soaked the sun yesterday..knowing the days are getting fewer for that..

Time to move..lol…next workout…lol…

I only wish mine had adjusted! Up at 2:30 this morning. On the bright side, I was able to watch some of the eclipse with my husband. Have a great day! 😁

Happy Tuesday! Yay! Glad you got out yesterday! It was a beautiful day! I really enjoyed it, too. A bit colder today but really cold this weekend! High 37 Saturday. I am adjusting to the time change. My body is. It messes with my mind a bit. I sit down after dinner and not much time to watch my birds, if at all. So just morning bird watching with my coffee. I better drink up and get busy. ☕️ Hope you have a terrific day!:)

Eating a bigger breakfast…tired of being so hungry by lunch…I e burned thru 2000 calories…and it’s only 749 am…just finished breakfast….hate eating the extra carbs…but with it being after several workouts…..thinking my body will take care of them…

It was indeed a positive reason. 😊 Plus, I really enjoy the time to myself early in the morning. I usually wake up at 4. I tend not to function without a solid breakfast, so if I don't get in some calories, I'm ravenous quickly. (Although not 2000, but if it works for you, awesome!) I'm an eating machine from breakfast through lunch, so I have to pack accordingly for the office. Dinner I could take or leave a lot of nights. In general, though, I don't do hungry well

Breakfast is first meal after fasting from lunch day before…so my first workouts are done in a fasted mode…by time breakfast comes around…I’m hungry…l normally….I don’t hit 2000 calories lost is right before lunch..with my workout…but this morning was different as I rode..adding more burned one meal sooner…all while in a fasted mode…I have to admit..adding carbs to breakfast…has kept me fuller longer…almost 9am..and I’m not hungry yet..even though I been doing the next workout… ost of my workout are done before lunch..as by lunch…my energy level is pretty well gone by then…lol

Winter is on our horizon too and I am not liking the time change.

Not a winter person…but the positive side…is…I no longer have to shovel snow…lol…I can sit inside where it’s warm…
