Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…
Decided to see if my leg muscle was healed….as I typed the word healed…thought went thru my head…a lot more healing taking place lately…iit happens…if you don’t listen to your body…
Each day I’m feeling better…picked up the cough drops that was laying around..put them back in bag…
Nsv….underwire I had on yesterday…I kept pulling up..lol…guess they nave have been an older pair…
Plan today…same as usual…keep the body moving…and doing difficult routine to keep it interesting as for the workouts…
Time to move…

Of course, I am up already! Always up early. Just depends on when I can put the coffee cup down to get my fingers moving! ☕️😆 But not your kinda early! I am too old for that. 😂🤣 He is 6 feet tall. He can show me moves but not sure I can do them. Lol
