Diario de abbadabba, 04 dic. 22

Prepped a lot of food and froze a lot of treats. Ate too early struggling to limit calories late in the day. Planning better tomorrow - weigh in tomorrow for official weight history.
I am having kale spinach soup for dinner.

I also prepare my meals in advance and actually it helps me to save time and energy. Even it guides me to stick to my meal plan. 😄

I've found that if I miss lunch and have a long time to go before I can get dinner, that a LOT of hot tea or vegetable broth will trick my stomach into fullness. I boil up leeks and always have that broth frozen in tupperware for such situations. Not that you have any room left in your freezer for more tupperware 😄
