My whoop sleep in review…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Recovery day today….my recovery score was even lower this morning….of course i did workout and ride yesterday….got 9.5 hours of sleep last night….have to admit…it seemed longer…lol…but when i got up..felt rested even more…

The plan today….no ride…just an easy workout to limber up….and some walking…its hard for me on recovery days…ive gotten so use to being more up and moving ..then say before i moved here…a mental thing i guess….having changed my mindset…along with my lifestyle…

Ahhh….first cup was good…bad part…i want to get up…and get after the mornings workout…..and i kno its got to be less moving…or….lol…take my whoop off…to keep my strain down….lol

First cup coffee…second cup hot chocolate….waiting on amazon to ship another 100 cups of coffee…down to last cup…lol…drink it tomorrow….i didnt allow enough time…so might be just hot chocolate for a dew days….

My sleep has improved so much using whoop…to me its worth it

I track mine on Fitbit. I still have a way to go.

The whoop doest count steps…sleep…recovery…o ygen…strain..a few other things

What i like a out the whoop is…if im on zwift riding..it tracks my heart rate..and for me knowing that im not pushing my heart rate to high is important…since i can no longer see the small numbers on my fitbit…my whoop will sync with zwift and give constant readings..where my fitbit wont….and for thise of you that have treadmills..you can now use zwift as well….
