Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

Already up…and sipping after a slow morning walk thru facility…it’s 1/4 mile each trip…yesterday…I hit 2.21 in miles…4697 in steps…for the day…just walked every half hour or so….did better before lunch…after lunch…knew I needed to get up…but longer inset…harder to move again…once I was up..it was easy..but body didn’t want to move off the recliner….lol…sucks to be old at times….don’t they make a pill for that….lol…

As I sip…trying to decide what the plan for today is…if only I was younger and could walk faster…lol…1/4 mile takes 10-15 minutes….then I need a sit down….just a leg break…then in my mind I’m ready…it’s my body that isn’t…lol…ut oh…..bad news…coffee cup run dry…time to get shoes on…,are another trip…..trying to get several trips before breakfast….601am now….could have first mile by then….lol…

Good morning! If you find that pill, let me know!😂🤣 I want to get on my treadmill but I have had a bit of foot pain off and on the past year. Feels maybe like tarsal tunnel syndrome. Hope if I dive in on the treadmill plan it don’t get worse! For now, I sip, sip too and make my plan for the day! Have a super Saturday!:)

Sipping 2nd cup of ☕️ now…i to have foot pain..but I also want to increase my steps….so..I do what I can..and build up the steps…on a break at the moment…next walk I hit 2 miles…before lunch..then…it’s what ever I feel like adding…also today ..been adding push-ups and resistance bands in..as that fives ne break time…lol…I’m thinking about a nap….I’m tired…lol…I pushed it today to get my 2 miles before lunch….

Good for you getting in 2 miles before lunch!💪👍 I was up 3-6 but went back to sleep so I am ok and doing laundry and housework. I started wearing supportive running shoes in the house to see if that will help in my multi level house. Wish it was one level! Sounds like you push through your foot pain so I shall do the same! Enjoy your nap!:)

2.41 miles….gotta push for the last .5 mile…almost there…..lol…was tired before lunch…second wind hit me…

2md wind wasn’t strong enough…I set in recliner….and the sandman dropped his load….just waking up…hobbling around…knees are saying uncle….
