Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Took the day off….used the elevator..and still did half of what I normally do…got heating pad on right knee today..it’s still swollen….so…another day of rest…it was a longgggg day yesterday…I was so happy when I layed down last night…but it just went to fast…and I’m in the green…according to whoop…lol…if only it knew it all….

Meditated yesterday….something I need to make time for…some days just seem so busy….

Took some beet root extract this morning…see if that helps to get inflammation out of knee…

Well…first cup off coffee ☕️ is gone…need to make the bed..on a slower schedule…

Have a fantastic positive day..

Happy Saturday! Sorry you are down and out a bit. Hope your knee settles down. Just sip, sip and rest with the heating pad. Hopefully, back at it tomorrow. 💪 Hope your beet powder works. Enjoy your sipping, resting Saturday!:)☕️☕️

do you know whats going with your knee?? i have Osteoarthritis in my knee and totally willing to share some knowledge to save you from pain. 1-the exercises "quad sets" and "heel slide" they are lifesavers for me when pain is up! google them if you are unsure. super simple barely and movement needed. check my journal and ill post a photo of my anti-inflammatory supplements im using to keep my pain at bay, if that helps you out!!

My knees are inflamed from doing stair workouts…and need the rest..that I don’t always give them…because I’m a competitive person with myself…

Oh stairs oh god. My arch nemesis... Im sorry about your pain..take it easy! I havent heard of beet root extract for inflammation before. Thats a new one for me. Do you feel like it works?? Ill have to look into it!

I also take cherry tart extract for inflammation….also recommended by doctor for inflammation….I keep it in freezer..as well…

I was wrong…about the beet root for inflammation….I take cherry tart extract for inflammation…the beet root os for something else

It sucks when a recliner is your friend..cause your healing…hopefully I can get back to walking tomorrow…I have been using the resistance bands this morning…and getting off the elevator for lunch..I could tell..things are looking up…yippee…lol

assuming you're using that recliner for your elevation. do you have anything for light compression during exercise?
