Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Rain on the way…and only 35….and a wind chill of 31….hoping temps warm up enough to keep it all rain…was 55 yesterday….in January…like wow….

Did get cabinets clean yesterday…it was a challenge…started out easy..but soon it was like…where did the motivation go…

Taking the walking slow…trying to keep the inflammation down…Do a walk…rest…so..miles are lacking…but that’s ok…

Still doing omad…has helped in less pain…what I most notice…after being in bed at night for several hours and getting up…it’s easy to get up and walk across the floor…plus several other benefits…sleeping better as well…

Well….coffee is almost gone…time to get the morning started…
