Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Got on trainer yesterday after lunch…first ride in a while…have to break bottom half in again…lol…wasn’t in mood for a lot of walking yesterday…so figured riding would be a different workout for a change…my bottom is a little tender…lol…part of being in the saddle more…

The calm before the storm….snow on Tuesday..some where between…4-8…but who knows till it gets on ground…what we had on Sunday morning is already gone…but that was just a sign of what’s coming…lol…

The plan today…walk some this morning….hopefully get on trainer again today..get butt broke back in to saddle…so it’s comfy…lol…

☕️ is half gone…need to be gathering thoughts of what I want to accomplish today..then make it happen….scales are the same again today…hoping that means a release tomorrow…time will tell….
