Diario de Fritzy 22, 14 feb. 23

Trying to get used to the cold weather. I realized I don't have clothes for when it is cold. I though having long sleeve t shirts would be good enough, but they are very thin. I often wear a big heavy robe that my nephew gave me as a Christmas gift. I enjoy this type of weather better than the heat of summer, but it's colder than I remember.

I asked my sister yesterday when I saw her while taking Bobby for a walk if she wanted to go have lunch at Jimboy's today. She said yes and later texted me that her husband wanted to know if he could come. I said of course, I meant both of them. She had originally told him no. So lunch was good. First time this year I've had coke to drink. Filled the cup up 3/4 with diet coke and topped it off with regular. Had 2 tacos. My sister and brother in law had a meal with rice and beans. I'm not crazy about them, just the tacos are what I like. Other than that I'm doing okay with my WOE and have until Sunday to lose another pound. The tacos work within my calorie allowance if I only have 2 of them. And 3 or so ounces of regular coke isn't all that bad. Tomorrow I am walking again with my friend. Last week I couldn't move at all for over an hour when I got back from that walk. I did the same walk yesterday with Bobby and was fine. I just have to keep moving!

I had ordered a pair of joggers (didn't know they were a thing until I was looking for something to wear for physical therapy since I never wear shorts and sweat pants didn't seem right when it was 90 outside) one size lower. Got them yesterday and tried them on. I was able to get them on! But that's about all. A little too snug, although if they were denim I'd probably wear them. About 5 to 7 more pounds and they will fit just right. The ones I have that are one size larger fit nice and even a little loose. Loose is good at my size, tight does not look good!
