Diario de abbadabba, 26 feb. 23

Well, only a few days left in this month and it's been a wash. Exercised a bit, ate pretty badly, still hovering at the 160 point.
Gonna get it together for March. Really.

I am trying but struggling a lot.

It's okay, especially not gaining while not eating the way you want. I don't know what the weather is like where you are, but cold, windy and rainy days makes it hard for me to do much.

give yourself some grace. Every day is a new day. Lots of things can put a pin in your motivation. Good luck

Sometimes it helps to revisit your "Why" for losing weight and changing your way of eating and exercise level. Perhaps more measurable markers along the way will help with your focus? Like only eat in a restaurant or get take out once a week. Lose 1.5 lbs. weekly. Eat vegetables for dinner instead of grains/bread. Dessert only on weekends. And ask yourself "Will this item help me or take me further from my goal?" Just ideas for boundaries.

You can do this! I know for me, I limit eating out because I know it’s going to be high calorie intake. But then again life needs to be lived! So finding a balance can be tricky. Sometimes I order a la cart and that helps! Good luck to you!

Start fresh and plan better. Prep food, log all food, exercise, and repeat. Once you get in a rhythm it will be natural. You got this!👍

Hovering is better than gaining, so take that small victory. I concur with JB that focusing on your "why" can be helpful. And I don't know what winter has been like where you are, but it's been a tough one here.
