Need to add more veggies to help fill me up. I keep forgetting to include them in my plans. Also making sure to drink more water.
My friend is getting her surgery at the end of the month. I feel sad for her because it sounds like a really hard way to lose weight. She will be on a liquid diet for a while apparently so no wonder she will lose. Maybe I will switch to a liquid diet for a week in solidarity. That would be next month when I run out of solid food here.

I like how you want to support your friend but not sure about the liquid diet thing, since you don’t live with her and she’s unlikely to share meals with you to witness this twinning. I wish people would just get therapy instead of resorting to surgery, as the problems and self-destructive coping mechanisms will still exist afterwards.
