Diario de wannabhealthier, 02 abr. 23

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Just walked 1.25 miles fasted still…at 7am…is my cut off for 24 hours…but decided to extend it to Monday…it’s only food…I sometimes think..do most people eat cause they are hungry or..cause it’s time…the habits we get into…only 1 cup of ☕️…what the heck…lol..but another one is in the works…lol..

Was a cold day yesterday…and hard frost this morning..but temps warm up as the morning goes on…soak up some sun in a while..and very little wind for a change…nice..

Not a lot changes here…people come an go..when they can no longer take care of themselves..part of life that not always on your mind..until you see the family..or helpers hired to move contents from their room…you hate to see them go..but at same time..you know it’s the way it is…one day it will be me..but hopefully that’s still years away…but life is a gamble…a roll of the dice..a pull of the slot machine..a card in the deck…

In here…reality is in front of you…

So much for todays thoughts…2nd cup brewing…lol…change of thoughts…warming up..40…couple more hours il be basting in the sun like a piece of meat…lol…

Good for you! I don’t know how you can fast that long but more power to you! I think eating can be a habit. I know it’s fuel but sometimes… 🍕 I just crave stuff. Never ends well… Have an amazing week! 💃☕️☕️☕️☕️

Like a lot of stuff in life…it’s building a habit…as for the cravings….food is designed so you crave it…and sometimes that’s your body needing something your low on…a lot of the fasting and what you can do..is about timing of the meal….
