Quick update - will weigh in tomorrow, been sticking better to the plan so I am optimistic about weigh in tomorrow. Didn't get to the coleslaw yet but I plan to use the recipe from Jamie Oliver which is uses fatfree yogurt.
Big dump of stuff tomorrow - BF helped out again and was pretty happy to be able to do something that didn't need good eyesight.
My farm share CSA starts tomorrow - they will give me a container and I can fill it up with whatever I want instead of some types where you just pick up what they have sorted out for you. BF thinks we ought to start cooking at home for the summer and we'll start by going on vacation next week to visit Obama and Michelle. That is, we are going to the Island where they bought a house and we might pass by the entrance (unknowingly, since it's unmarked), that's as close as we'll get!
