This the the chart received from a dietitian a couple weeks ago; a 1/2 hr session seemed to concentrate on counting carbs? This appointment eight months after my request from my health care plan; America is lost with regard to nutrition and acceptable heath care; It’s citizens still don’t get the facts and if you get sick, get bankrupt! One thing is certain; look after yourself! The gaslighting and manipulations are everywhere!
