Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…..

39.. out…just shut window…lol….sippin ☕️…time change last night….I was up at 430…instead of 530… but my body can only lay so long…

Yesterdays ride….up a hill..like usual…6 miles..486 ft in elevation…60 minutes….after the ride…I took elevator to 1st floor to check mail….as I got off elevator on 2nd floor…house keeping lady..looks up and says what ….you on elevator….told her my bike workouts up hills wear me out….I only take elevator when I have to….

Today…it’s back to upper body…

Anyone looking at resistance bands on Amazon..what I use is marked down to 20.00…. I got a second set for the extra bands….

Listening to bob proctor on laws of attraction …heard it before..but relistening….
