Gotta get back to lifting weights and walking. Both are necessary to build muscle and bone. Lifting weights is not a weight-bearing exercise unless you do it with some high impact moves. The bones have to be compressed and according to the osteo trainer the lifting has to be done to muscle fatigue to activate the proper response down to the bone.
Also calcium intake has to be high as well as magnesium too. Reminding myself why I have to get back to gym to access the heavier weights.

I may join a gym once I move next spring. Not sure about lifting weights except for using the various machine. Walking has been my exercise of choice and I can't do that now, until my knee problem is figured out.
