OMG! I just saw Jack Lalanne on the Jay Leno show - he is my idol! I thought Jack was dead but he is going to be 95 this Saturday - same birthday as my crazy sister, but I forgive him anyway. He looks kind of scrawny, but he is pretty old, so I have to give him credit for still walking!

I just don't know what to think about that: first the donuts, then Jack Lalanne. Huh. I don't think it means anything.

I ate a lot of treats today, and a huge lunch, but I skipped dinner because I was so stuffed from lunch.

I had not heard of Jack LaLanne in quite a while and am glad to know that he is still up and around. He is probably enjoying life at least as much as he ever has, good for him! Insofar as the doughnuts and Jack are concerned, maybe it's an indication to consult the oracle. The way *I* read it, there is something big coming your way. ;-) You have a good day too snowflake.
