Diario de ddrudd, 04 feb. 24

Four months in… My adventure of moving 3,000 miles to a new town (also an old one, it’s near where I grew up) has been going alright. I’ve been exploring hiking spots in the area that I never even knew existed all the time I lived here 20 years ago. I’ve had a lot of nice hangs with an old friend and a few chances to meet some nice new people, too. This week my sister will be in town so I’ll get some family time as well. And the sun should be out most of the week!

Might take most of the week off from workouts while family is visiting. Feels like I haven’t been sleeping as soundly as before, I feel a little tired all the time, I’m extra hungry and eating too much, my workouts feel too hard.
