Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Today is a day off..let my legs have a rest day as well as my body…recovery for my body…yes I thought about it…it’s just part of what I do..if I get bored… but I have coloring to catch up on..and nightly journals…it’s easy to get behind…

So nice yesterday…was out for 45 minutes..nicer today…in fact nice rest of this week coming up..less it changes….that does happen..

Beautiful sunrise this morning…coffee was good….

Listening to Joyce Meyer podcast….guidance to start my day out right…she’s funny…

Well..time to do others stuff…

I had an egg o let this morning..first one I’ve had in a month or so..I gotta say..I was let down..guess my taste buds wasn’t ready for the change…but had to see if what I was imagining was gonna be as good as it once had been…guess steel oats tomorrow…lol
