Bronchitis will not stop me.
It may slow me down, but not stop me. It kept me from work this past Friday and today but I saw the doctor this morning, got prescriptions filled and started the treatment. After submitting this journal entry, heading downstairs to do an moderate walk on the treadmill, 3 for the incline and 3.2 mph for speed for an hour minimum to further break up this chest congestion. No interval training this week but that's OK. I am really close to hitting my goal of a 10 pound loss for the month of January.
