FatSecret is the best site period for getting to your weight goal because it is team focused. Together Everyone Achieves More.
Figuring out what to eat is a no brainer. All you do is go to the diet calendar of one of your hero's and click on any blue food number to see the foods eaten that day. On the bottom right across from the Dinner section you will see "Would you like to copy multiple items from hero's recent or favorite foods? Click here" When you click here it brings you to a page where it lists all the foods eaten per meal. You can then check off the ones you want to eat and even change it another meal if you would like. When done click save and it is now a part of your food entries. AMAZING!!!
This tutorial is PC specific. I have the FatSecret app on my Android and there is no clear way to do that if any within the app.

Interesting - didn't know you could do that! Thanks, Ches. I guess if I quit just stumbling around on this site and read the tutorials I would have more information. Been on here 2 years now and just recently figured out that if you hover your cursor over the person's listed weight loss or gain it will tell you what time period that was during (1 day, 8, 96 etc). That feature only works on the pc version.

And I like the T.E.A.M. acronym! So true here. We have a variety of people: Those who make straight-line progress and those of us who trip and fall but get up to persevere again. It's nice having company along the way.
