About a month ago, I set what seemed an ambitious goal to hit 210 by my birthday on 8/22. But I've lost so much weight with intermittent fasting, that I'm recalibrating the goal and adding an additional 10 lbs. So, my new goal is to enter Onederland by my birthday. As I'm passing 210, this is a significant mile-marker for me, because it's the lowest weight I achieved last time I had a major weight loss. At this weight, I lost control and regained the entire 70 lbs that I had lost. That was back in 2008, and I've been crawling back ever since. I'm not going to let that happen again. I'm very focused on sailing past this point and regaining, then maintaining my health and a normal weight. So, on to the next interim goal; on to Onederland~!

Yes, but after I've put the pneumonia behind me! Laid low at the moment - hence all the posting. Bored on the couch! But feeling a little better today, thanks to modern medicine!

Adyk68: I follow a Low Carb High Fat diet with some Intermittent Fasting thrown in. My daily ratios of macronutrients can be viewed on my diet calendar (about 75% fat calories, about 17% protein and about 8% carbs). I try to stay under 20 net carbs/day. You can read my food journal for the specifics. I'm eating around 1000-1200 calories per day. And I move every day, either by walking or gardening. I don't go to the gym these days, because I'm a gardener. I'll get back to the gym after the gardening season. Right now I'm sick, so no activity; I'm flat on the couch! Explore around on peoples statistics; you can see what's working for people. Each of us figures out what works best for us as we move forward.
