commitment an consistency goood saturday mornin fs..71 outside this morning..an yesterday had all day to try an decide what i was going to be doing once winter sets in...when it comes to going inside to get a workout...i dont stick with it very long before its just a thought and nothing else...i went on www.nashbar.com an was looking at all thee winter gear..i have some..but decided the only way i can ride this year once it gets colder..is to dress for it..so ended up buying a thermo bib to wear...so guess my body is committed an the mind will just have to grin an bear it..lol...im here at fs because i decided it was time to commit to getting the weight issue under control again...before when i had the weigt off i was a happy person both inside an out..not that im not happy now, but as i get older..less trips to doctor..not that i go...unless i get to the point that i kno they are gonna drag me out if i dont go...im healthy enough now that i dont take any meds..hardly ever sick..an the healthier i am..then the better for me...and the people that have to put up with me in life..lol

so having bout the thermo bibs yesterday..i already have a face an head cover..its got a fancy name..but naturally i cant remember it..ive ordered from nashbar before an they have great service in my opinion...
