Had the girls staying yesterday. How do you feed a teenage girl who now only likes chicken, a 6 yr old girl who only eats chicken nuggets & chips, a grumpy old man who wants a chicken wrap and an overweight woman on a diet????? answer: KFC! ! so a big box meal for chloe, popcorn chicken for emily, a twister wrap for David and 3 small chicken portions for me! I didn't eat the skin or coating, only had 4 small chips and no sauce .. so was as good as I could be up there! today we went to the house of marbles and I had a very lean beefburger with onion relish ... David & chloe ate all my chips, the cheese and the bread roll. didn't fancy any of the weird salads they had on the menu. it's very difficult eating out though cos you don't know what the ingredients are or how they've cooked anything and how much fat they've used! I far prefer to cook from scratch at home so I know exactly what I'm adding.
