Since it seems that you do get on quite often this could prove to be quite a challenge for you but I think if you can do it will be maybe a lesson in the art of just healthy eating and patience. I weigh in on the 1st of every month and let the clothes the way I feel tell the story plus since none of us are perfect it gives you a little wiggle room without getting down on yourself if you overdo one day. It also I think gives your body a little chance to stabilize and not just from water loss or gain.
