GUESS THE SCALES GOT TIRED OF ME JUMPING UP AN DOWN ON THEM..goood monday morning..guess the scales decided if they gave me a good sign..id cut em some slack for a change..reading this morning was only up .02..so guess all the peddling day in an day out along with eating right is paying off..somebody asked other day how much id lost ...told em just alittle over 60 pounds..an that the first part of it came off easy..now its just a matter of sticking with what works for me..an knowing i cant enjoy all the food i once thought i was enjoying...sure i can cheat from time to time...as long as i dont make a habit of it..and i know that..so long as i only buy small amounts of what im gonna cheat with..an can eat it between walmart an home..im good to go...lol..if its more then a bite or two..leave it at walmart...an sooner or later the thought of wanting it moves on to something else..been craving bread really bad..even picked up 5-6 different loafs at walmart an looked at the carb intake on ingredient list..an the one i thought was probably best was only 11 gram of carbs...but then i thought...well 11 carbs..plus what ever i add to it..i left it on shelf...was only half a loaf ..i was trying to justify my need...

didnt ride yesterday..sinuses are still bothering me..ragweed is what i think is bothering me this week..been tryin to stay inside as much as i can..my friend that comes over to ride on trainer has it just as bad..hes been taking honey from area for his..i been sucking on halls honey an lemon cough drops as my sinuses have been draining down throat making it soar alittle..feeling better today...but only been up couple of hours...yesterday was first time in 2.5 months i didnt hit my weekly average...didnt even care yesterday...just rested off an on most of day...

plan today is to ride inside once again..try an get a workout of some kind on zwift..waking up to 66 outside..an i have to stay in an outta the pollen...

well enough ramblin for now..breakfast is over with..coffee/protein is gone...time to get up an move around an decide when im gonna get changed into riding gear an get a ride in...

We have Goldenrod blooming all over the place here. It makes my eyes water and we have all had some of the sinus drainage. Getting to be that time of year.

Oh! Look in the deli section of Walmart ... not inside the cases, but out on the low tables in front of them. Joseph's pita bread or Joseph's lavash bread will help you out with bread cravings. It does for me. This morning I made myself a BLT with the pita bread. One whole pita is 4 net carbs .. lots of fiber.

Thanks mom...il jot that down on my Wal-Mart list...dont go again till sunday..but will have it written down...just tried to do a zwift ride...50 min...and 10.3 miles...all the torture I could handle for today...back in recliner..taking it easy...
