Diario de abbadabba, 19 feb. 18

Tonight I am going to a party, so I am limiting calories for the day til I get there. Not surprisingly, I am hungry. Luckily I made a big salad the other day, with no dressing. So just now I had a big bowl of salad and while I was chopping up an extra tomato, I realized it was really juicy so I just chopped it up really small dice, and added minced onion and salt - like a salsa. It was just enough moisture and flavor, I think next time I will add some garlic and maybe some cumin to make it more Mexican flavor.
Had the day off so this was a great Monday!
