I am a 60 year-old grandmother of one grandson. I have been active more than I have not, but I think we all have our lazy moments. I am currently in one now, and after a week's vacation in Aruba, I need to lose the pounds gained there and since. I know that tracking really does help me and I am looking forward to starting, again.
