I am 72 years old, go figure, anyhoo. I have always been fiddling with my weight, as long as I can remember.
I don’t feel too unhappy, unsatisfied with my current eating habits but am aware I need to get under 200 or loose 15.
I am a retired RN with 6 grandchildren. We just saw the HS graduation and off to college of our grandtwins…four more to go.
