My journey began in May 2022. My 3rd child was approximately 9m old.💗💙💗 Unfortunately, I'd been over indulging for those 9 months, using breastfeeding as an excuse.
That was some time ago now. This app has really helped me get back on track.
My next goal for 2024 is to build muscle and get lean💪🏾💕✨️
