I have been on a diet all my life and i have tried everything. I have recently decided to try Keto Diet. High fat, low carb an started May 30th an to date i,m down to 193 from 210. Very happy with this new way of life an finally loosing weight. 133 fat, 20 carb an 80 grams of protein. Trying to find a way to track my stats. \
