I've been burning 300 calories every morning on the treadmill. Old Jules would use this as an excuse to eat some junk. New Jules has been using it to make a good day even better by sticking to my plan! Tonight I allowed myself some cookies because if I keep my calories too low too many consecutive days, I gain weight because mu body goes into starvation mode. Well deserved chips ahoy!

My scale has a low battery so it's weighing wayyyyyyyy below. While I wish the numbers were accurate, it's causing me anxiety because I can't see where I am at. Oh please won't my hubby remember to bring home batteries! Off to church
right now!

Did burpees (non push up) for the first time yesterday. Man..do those stink. Things move that aren't supposed to and things that should be moving are stiff. Not a fan! Lol
