Early weigh in ☆ Last one for a week.
Left today to drive down to my younger sisters' house. The four of us will drive to PC Beach, Florida, tomorrow. My sister that lives close to me & I stopped @ Chick-fil-A for lunch on the drive down. I had the Southwest Chicken Salad with grilled chicken. We had chicken for dinner, too. Buffalo Wild Wings this time. Sis & I shared a 10 piece order & shared some potato wedges.
In bed for the night 😴💤💤💤

Eye exam today.
No workout yesterday. Hubby & I went to our Grand-daughter's Awards & Cords Ceremony. We had lunch afterwards with her, her parents & my daughter-in-law's Mom. I had Pasta Primavera....lunch portion & it was just enough & quite good. I only had coffee & a yogurt for breakfast since we had to get away to drive to the event venue. That left extra calories for lunch.
When we got home, I worked outside a little....trimmed dead leaves & flowers on the Lenten Roses.
I selected most of the clothes to pack for the Beach trip. They're all laid out on the bed in the guest room to go in my suitcase. I still have to gather shoes, underclothes & jewelry. I did a load of laundry today & have one tomorrow.
Gym tomorrow. It will be the last workout for a week. There is a Gym at the condo where we're staying, but I won't make any promises. I do plan to get some walks in on the beach ⛱️
