Good job! I wish my scale was accurate. It says 39% BF and 24% SM which can’t be correct. Trainers measurements said 26.59% a few weeks ago. No way did I stay the same weight but gain 13% BF. Just hoping that 13% is really muscle and not organs or water.

I mean, I really doubt something touching skin on one part of your body is accurate in any way.

In response to the naysayers, consistently using the same tool will allow you to chart your percentages up and down. It may not be as accurate as other tools, but it is easily accessible, easy to understand, and doesn't require the assistance of another person. If it works for you, it's a keeper.

True. I was just responding to Peeper saying that it's different than her trainers measurement. Just saying it isn't an accurate method to know your true BF, but it can be useful to see a trend. I'd rather use a mirror though.
