Honestly, I feel like it depends on the person. I know that for me personally, I have a binge eating disorder if I allow myself to eat sweets, even in moderation, I know it will lead to more. for me, depravation and a "cheat day" every once in a while works really well. It all depends on the person. I know that the rest of my life will be a struggle, but I'd rather deprive myself now and learn to control myself slowly, than do the same things over again that I have tried before.

Discipline is the hardest but you learn if it hurts your body you won’t eat it. I’ve learned my lesson my heart exhilarates and too many times rushed to the ER!! Not worth it to me! 🙏🏻🙌🏽🤪🤪🤪

Yes it’s so hard to be disciplined but heck yeah it’s totally worth it 😏🙌🏼

I don't feel I need cheat days. early on I did but now I know how long it takes to get rid of the energy i know it's not worth it. eventually you don't even feel like crappy food. on work trips my body craves vegetables lol

I was eating higher calorie and higher carb for the past couple weeks to do a diet reset and my stomach hurt most of those days. I don't plan to do that again. Tummy cramps nearly every night.

Bluefront if ur diabetic I envy u for having such great control and not eating what puts your health in jeopardy. Whatever that might be, I’m no dr. I got no idea. U know my post are directed towards healthy obese people like me.
