65k lbs moved instead of 150k. That's a pretty light day for you. It's more than I've moved in my entire life, I can't imagine doing that in a day.

65k is my average when I am not doing legs. Heavy for two muscle groups but definitely light compared to my full body workouts. 😊

I had some fun going light today. Bench press sets weight and reps: 185x15 185x15 235x15 235x11 235x8 255x9 185x33 185x30 185x30 185x32 185x27 185x24. My endurance was through the roof today for some reason. Never did such a high rep workout before and it felt great. Pretty cool that I can do my bodyweight for 30+ reps when I know people who train for years(granted its off and on) just to get their body weight for 1 rep to pass police training. Makes me feel pretty good.

Thanks, buddy! Yeah, this workout is not recommended for building. I'm nursing my tennis elbow...probably not how I should be lol! I can't stay away from the gym though....

Not anymore Lzenn. Too old and don't wanna deal with the people I have to deal with on the phone in person at all. Helping people sounds nice but when you realize the major of the calls are people who are habitual troublemakers or people in the same argument who just can't leave each other, it doesn't sound as enticing hahaha! Sound life draining.

I'm sooo jealous...I hate to say it and I'm pretty sure this means I'm a bad person but every time I see your pics I just wish it was that easy for me. I know you worked hard to get here but I used to be in such good shape and then I blinked and 20 years had passed and somehow, while I wasn't looking I got REALLY fat! So I'm super jealous and I miss my old body and I'm not in a position to do much about it right now. Which is why I'm working so hard to be able to have the bariatric surgery. I know that if I can do it once I can do it again but gosh, does it have to be so HARD?!?!? Lol I just want the years and the pounds to disappear. So glad you post though because as jealous as I am, you remind me of where I used to be and where I want to be again someday! Thanks for all your motivation!!! (...I am totally not being sarcastic right now, I really am glad for the pics, promise!)

You'll reach your goals, Katie! You may hear it all the time but it does take work and patience. I've been making consistent progress since last April and still a work in progress. 2019 will finally be my year if I don't burn out, haha! Don't worry, I'll keep the pics coming, you have no idea how much it motivates me and I need all I can get after doing this for so long.

I'm not even a quarter of that muscle and I know how hard I've worked just to get this far, my friend. You inspire a lot of us. And, I love the approach to diet. It so vindicates Bruchi cheesesteak and fries Thursday, and Ginormous burrito Tuesday for me, lol.

12 sets of various reps at 185?!? This may be a new workout! How much rest in between the sets?

Some sets I rested less than a minute others it was 2-3 as I was talking with my workout partner which explains the difference in rep ranges. It was fun!
